Shipping & Returns
We can ship to Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico, as well as Post Office/APO/FPO boxes. Note that there are restrictions on certain products which may not be shipped to the desired destination. However, we encourage you to contact our Sales Associates if you are unsure about shipping an item to your location.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and affect the total cost of shipping the item.
Important Note regarding FREE Shipping Offer:
Any item that is listed on our Web Site that is free shipping eligible only applies to that item and not any other item added to the shopping cart and is valid for shipment within the United States ONLY (including Alaska and Hawaii).

Any item that is listed on our Web Site that is shipped for a fixed cost only applies to that item and not any other item added to the shopping cart and is valid for shipment to United States Street Addresses within the Continental United States ONLY (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
Brooklyn Battery Works takes great care in filling every order. However, if you feel the item you have ordered is not up to expectation, please call us at 1-800-944-1126 and speak to a customer service associate to obtain your return merchandise authorization number before taking the steps to returning any products.
If an item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible and speak with one of our customer service associates to arrange for the replacement of your item. Please note that any defective items cannot be replaced after 30 days from your invoice date.
If an item appears to be missing from your package, it is recommended that you please ensure that you have followed the following procedure prior to contacting our Customer Service Department:
- Check package thoroughly as items can shift under packaging materials during transit.
- Please verify that the items are not marked as backordered on your invoice or packing slip.
In order for Brooklyn Battery Works to ship you the missing item, it is necessary that you report the missing item to our Customer Service Department within 5 business days upon receipt of your order.
If you need to exchange your item, please note that the exchange can only be requested within 14 calendar days from the invoice date. Our Customer Service Associates are happy to assist you with this process by contacting them directly at 1-800-944-1126.
Making a Return
Note: Prior to returning any items, please call us at 1-800-944-1126 and speak to our Customer Service Associates to obtain a proper return merchandise authorization number.
Returns will not be accepted by our returns department WITHOUT a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number.
If you’d like to make a return, you can do so by first contacting a Customer Service Associate within 30 days of the invoice date. However, please keep in mind that Brooklyn Battery Works is not responsible for any items returned that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. Therefore, we suggest packaging the return item with care as well as using a traceable carrier that can provide proof of delivery. In order to process your return, Brooklyn Battery Works must first receive the original item. Once your return has been received and processed, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the value of the merchandise returned. Please note that Brooklyn Battery Works does not reimburse the original shipping and handling charge on your invoice unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Status of Return:
As soon as the return has been received at Brooklyn Battery Works, we will credit the appropriate account used to pay for the original order within 7-14 days. You will then receive an email notifying you that your return and credit has been processed.
